This is a wonderful tale about a king without an heir who finds a clever way to figure out who should be king next The narrative highlights the courage and honesty of a young boy and shows how these are important and worthy character traits to have The illustrations are bold and bright and we really enjoyed looking at the last page and seeing how the boy grew up and how his life changed
